Assistance With LPC License Application Denials and Problems
Peace of Mind
My LPC was denied–why? Every application is unique. It is often difficult to understand state licensing requirements. Still, you want to know in advance that your chances of becoming licensed in Georgia are good.
If you have taken a clear path and fully understand the licensing process, congratulations! For others, it’s important you don’t make assumptions about the process. Contact me. I will evaluate your application in it’s entirety and ensure you submit the best application possible.
Addressing an Application Denial
Unfortunately, sometimes applications are denied. Sometimes the board requests additional supporting evidence that you have met licensing requirements prior to making a formal decision on the application.
Reasons for Georgia board license denials can range from careless mistakes on the LPC application and to simply not meeting requirements to the board not accepting a private practice work setting. Some are denied due to misrepresentation and even fraud.
My LPC was denied? Contact me. I can evaluate the application denial and assist you in correcting the problem and reduce the changes of another denial.
Obtaining a Georgia License
From Out Of State
There are generally two options for being issued a Georgia LPC license from out-of-state: licensure by endorsement and licensure by exam. Navigating these options can often be a complicated task with many moving parts. I can help you determine which is the best course of action.
